By now, the ShoreTel and Mitel merger is widely known, and the legal and financial process of Mitel acquiring ShoreTel is now complete. Copper State Communications expects to support ShoreTel systems and investments for many years to come.
We don’t anticipate any significant changes to our ability to supply and support the ShoreTel platform, and it will be business as usual going forward. Mitel has already communicated its commitment to the product portfolio, and has made clear there are no plans to pursue anything disruptive to existing ShoreTel clients. Here at Copper State Communications, we remain wholly supportive and engaged with the now “Mitel” product portfolio.
There may be a great deal of misinformation out there suggesting ShoreTel solutions are rendered obsolete. At Copper State, we encourage users of ShoreTel systems to remain confident that those solutions will continue to be supported for many years to come.
