ShoreTel and Mitel have a prospective merger in the works, with Mitel potentially acquiring ShoreTel. The process is underway at this time, but Copper State Communications still expects to support ShoreTel systems and investments for many years to come. We don’t anticipate any significant changes to our ability to supply and support the ShoreTel platform and anticipate it to be business as usual going forward. We will, of course, navigate any issues that come up, but we expect to support ShoreTel systems well into the future.

Copper State Communications will continue to support ShoreTel solutions for many years to come. Now is not the time to replace a perfectly functional ShoreTel system.
